Demonstration and verbal cueing from the instructor to ensure you achieve a complete and full body workout.


Available on Tuesdays at 8:00am or Thursdays at 8:00am

1 Hour Small Group Class

Maximum of 6 women 

Individualized attention given to each student. Some demonstration from the instructor but more verbal cueing in order to guide you in striving to achieve correct form.


Thursdays at 9:30am

Private Session

One-on-one personalized instruction, in-person or via Zoom. A free consultation is provided before the initial lesson.

About the Instructor

Michele Terry is a certified Pilates instructor with Balanced Body . She has been teaching for over seven years and continues to train under master instructors. It is her passion to use Pilates to help women become stronger, to feel energized, and to have a healthier lifestyle. She also loves to work with student athletes and encourages them in their cross training efforts so they can stave off injuries and find that mind/body connection they need. Michele believes that when we take care of our bodies, we are ensuring that we are at our best to serve God and serve people.
